The Peacock Pour

Wine, without the waffle.

Sommelier · Tasting host · Studying the WSET Diploma — and taking you along for the ride.

Meet Jessica

I'm Jess — twenty years in hospitality, a WSET Diploma in progress, and a very firm view that wine should feel like a good conversation, not a test.

I host taste-alongs from my kitchen, run live online tastings, curate corporate events, and MC dinners across the North. Iberia is my first love; Champagne and the Rhône keep stealing my Sundays.

How a taste-along works

Three steps, one very good Friday night.

  1. 01

The wines arrive at your door

A curated three-bottle kit, chilled if it needs to be.

  2. 02

    Press play on the tasting

Stream it live or on-demand — I'll walk you through each pour.

  3. 03

    Taste along with Jess

Swirl, sniff, sip. Ask anything in the chat. No wrong answers.
